Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Sale items or customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged.

Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or we made an error.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or design:
Contact us to check the availability of your desired item.
Ship the original item back to us as per the return process above.
Once we receive the original item, we’ll send the replacement to you. Additional shipping charges may apply.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged:
Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect or damage.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions.
